Nobody props up on an elbow or holds a hardcover at arm's length. Heads on the pillow, eyes on the ceiling, lights already off.
A screen they can't grab
The story is three metres above them. There's nothing to swipe, tap or argue over when it ends, so winding down stays winding down.
Pages big enough to point at
Illustrations stretch across the whole ceiling. Little ones find the fox, count the stars and follow the words as they're read.

Questions parents ask first
Does it come with the stories?
Yes. A link to the full library of 30+ read-along stories is emailed to you right after you order, so it's ready before the projector arrives. New stories are added every month at no extra cost.
How dark does the room need to be?
Bedtime dark is perfect. With the main light off and curtains closed the pages are bright and easy to read. A small night light in the corner is fine.
Will it work with my ceiling?
It works best on a white or light, fairly flat ceiling between 1.5 and 3 metres above the projector. Light texture is fine. Dark paint or exposed beams will dull the picture.
Can we watch other things on it?
Yes. It's a full projector with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI and USB, so family film night on the wall works too.
Is it noisy or hot?
There's a quiet fan, about as loud as a laptop. The body gets warm, not hot. Keep it on a hard surface out of reach of small hands and switch it off when the story's done.
What age is it for?
The stories suit roughly ages 2 to 9. The projector itself is an electronic device for a grown-up to set up and run, not a toy.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days. You'll get tracking by email, and your story library arrives straight away.
